The artist will notify you if your order cannot be shipped within 3 days of receiving the order and your credit card will not be charged until shipment is ready. We guarantee that you will be happy with the purchases you make through Granite Mountain Trading Company or your money back.
However, your purchase must be returned within 15 days in the same condition as shipped. Shipping charges will be applied at the time of purchase. Buyer will be responsible for paying the return shipping.
The artist is responsible for insurance and damages when shipping their art work to the buyer and the buyer is responsible for insurance and damages if the art work is returned.
This is especially important to note because art work is easily damaged when taken out of the box or tube thus causing loss in the value of an art piece that may not be replaceable.
We highly recommend having a professional framer remove your art work for inspection and framing from its container and wrapping.
